GORE® Turbine Filters use an enhanced form of high efficiency E12 HEPA filtration to provide all the benefits of standard HEPA filtration but without the penalties of higher pressure drop and shorter filter life. Our patented multi-layer construction with ePTFE membrane captures >99.5% of all contaminates including dust, submicron particulates, salt and water.

Conical & Cylindrical Filter Pairs

Filter pair consisting of one conical and one cylindrical filter for both static and pulse cleanable air intake filtration systems. High filtration efficiency (E12) combined with low pressure drop provide continuous high power output, reduced fuel costs, and increased turbine availability. Both compressor fouling and hot gas corrosion can be avoided leading to significantly reduced maintenance costs.

Z-Panel Filter

Engineered into a unique Z-shape design the multilayer HEPA filtration media allows this new panel filter to operate with only a single pre-filter stage. It offers less than half the pressure drop compared to conventional micro fiberglass V-panel filter systems, but without sacrificing filter life. This results in nearly total elimination of particulates and corrosive salts entering the gas turbine. This filter is especially suitable for high airflow installations.

V-Panel Filter

Due to its multilayer HEPA filtration media this panel filter operates with only a single pre-filter stage. High filtration efficiency (E12) combined with low pressure drop provide continuous high power output, reduced fuel costs, and increased turbine availability. Both compressor fouling and hot gas corrosion can be avoided leading to significantly reduced maintenance costs.
